What data this website processes

The gda.cz website has no forms, registration or newsletter and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

• Technical access data. When you visit the website, the hosting provider’s server records standard technical data (IP address, time, requested page, browser type). This is used to operate and secure the website and is kept only as long as necessary for that purpose. The legal basis is the Association’s legitimate interest in running the website securely.
• Cookies required for the website to work:
  • pll_language: remembers your language, valid for 1 year,
  • PHPSESSID: a session required by the website’s theme, valid until you close the browser,
  • cookie_notice_accepted: stores your choice in the cookie banner, valid for 1 month.

  These cookies are not used for tracking and the website cannot work properly without them.

• Embedded content from other services. Some articles contain YouTube (Google) videos or posts from X. YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode and set cookies only after you start the video. These services process data under their own policies.

Links to other websites and social networks

The website links to the Association’s social media profiles and to partner websites. Once you open them, the operator’s privacy policy applies.
